Could someone please tell me how I may correct the following error when opening FLASKMpeg?

"FLASKMpeg has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL AND WILL CLOSE DOWN"

At which time I also cannot close the error message and have to re-boot
    SYSTEM

    O.S. ME
    Dell P. 1.8
    RAM 384
    H.D 40

I've been trying to rip a DVD. After using Smartripper, I opened FlasKMPEG and 10 seconds into the conversion the error occurs...now it occurs when I initially open it up...

Have re-downloaded file, but still happens
I have de-fragged, re-booted, scandisked, "till the cows have come home!"...
    PLEASE HELP!
    Geena

    Thanks

  2. Did you rip in "File Mode" or "Movie Mode" with Smartripper?

For FlaskMPEG, you should rip in "File Mode" and copy over the appropriate IFO file. Then, load the IFO file with Flask.

    Regards.
