Do not use NVEnc if you don't have a suitable Nvidia GPU. Instead, use x264.

Well, x264 produces H.264 video; you just may have to set it up correctly that it gets restricted to the features this ominous JW Player supports ... why is it so limited?

Oh, it is a web video streaming platform: https://www.jwplayer.com/

Well, I guess if Profile@Level gets restricted and the bitrate control gets optimized for a compromise with a rather constant average bitrate with VBV limits, x264 can produce supported video streams. But ... good luck requesting the exact values this service supports.

Apart from that: No supported Nvidia card = no NVEnc.

Yes, you can use StaxRip to use x264 to encode to H.264 video.

But how to set up x264 in StaxRip so that the result is JW Player compatible, I don't know for sure. You need to get to know JW Player's limits.
