    How do these NUC & Compute Sticks perform when it comes things like correct 23.976 Hz refresh rates? I always seem to end up with PC display hardware that is fine for normal people, but irritates the hell out of me with dropped or duped frames. Whereas the vast majority of purpose-built video hardware that I've used does it perfectly.
