I am looking at Item 5.6 of the BT.709 spec:
https://www.itu.int/dms_pubrec/itu-r/rec/bt/R-REC-BT.709-6-201506-I!!PDF-E.pdf
It says there are 2,200 samples per full line (for "NTSC" frame rates).
Can I infer that in a 1920 x 1080 raster, there are 2200 - 1920 = 280 samples of "horizontal blanking" per scan line?
