Hi, I've been using SVP for frame interpolation with potplayer, however it uses way too much CPU and not nearly enough GPU no matter what I do, I configured it to use GPU acceleration already but the software just doesnt seems to like using GPU that much......most of the workload is relying on CPU, playing a 1080P video is already making my CPU working at 40-60% while GPU is barely 10-15%.....
So I looked around for alternatives and found Splash player, it has frame interpolation baked into the player, and it is doing most of the work on GPU so CPU load is not nearly as high as SVP. However the result is also a lot more artifacts and you are forced to use a really bad player.
I am wondering if there is any other alternatives? AMD fluid motion is not an option since I only have a laptop with nvidia GTX 1650, and the igpu from ryzen 5 3550H does not support it unfortunately.
I'd love any advice or even a guide would be much appreciated, thank you.

The alternative is to be happy with the cinema standard rather than using snake oil programs
