Hello. I do structure Blu-ray discs with BD Rebuilder, v0.50.05, later I create image file from files/folders - ISO with ImgBurn and record movie on Blu-ray disc with ImgBurn. My recorded Blu-ray discs are loop playback - at the end of the recording automatically play again in a stationary blu-ray player. Movies on blu-ray discs I have recorded as a disc image ISO in ImgBurn. I know playback disc it is a reason incorrect structure in BD Rebuilder.

Is there any setting in BD Rebuilder, v0.50.05 that is responsible for this?

I have set up the player correctly - Auto Play: Off, Disc Resume: Off.
DVD movies don't do in BD Rebuilder plays me correctly - when finished, they don't play automatically again.
    Samsung SE-506AB - BDXL drive - Hi-Speed USB Series

    My BD Rebuilder, v0.50.05 settings:

The way I create ISO with ImgBurn:
    a) Create image file from files/folders
    b) Source - Add folder - mark BDMV - select a folder
Source - Add folder - mark CERTIFICATE - select a folder
    c) Options - Data Type: MODE1/2048, File System: UDF, UDF Version: 2.50, v Recurse Subdirectories (I have marked only this)
    d) Information - I click Calculate
    e) I click Build (in the bottom left)
    f) I choose where to save - Save as type: ISO Files (*.iso) - Save

    Recording ISO with ImgBurn:
    a) Write image file to disc
    b) Source - Add folder - I choose a previously saved file - .iso
    c) Destination - I choose: TSST corp BDDV DW SE-506AB
    d) Write Speed: 2x
    e) Number of copies: 1
    f) Save (icon in the bottom left)

    I wouldn't know.

I don't think either that IMGBurn comes into play for the matter. I think it's in the authoring.

For blu-ray structures that would contain one movie-only, there is a small tool (if you're not familiar with BDEdit) that can let you dis- or enable "Repeat Playback". Beware though, that you also must set the default audio- and subtitletrack to be played.

I don't use my BD-player very often as I do almost everything via NFS server. I do confirm that this works on my mediaplayers, but a stand-alone BD-player is another thing. The tool is not really user-friendly for choosing your audio- and subtitle track as I don't think it reads the loaded BDMV directory. All'n'all, I would advice you to try it out on a "working copy" of your folder structure, and for burning I would use a rewritable disc for testing it in your player.

Again: this tool is for "movie-only" folder structures!

You can find it here: https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=146412&highlight=bdedit

    From HIDDENOPTS
    MOVIE_ONLY_LOOP=n n = 0/1 - If set to "1" (default), movie-only discs will automatically restart at end-of-play

Its a text file in the BD_Rebuilder folder
The entries go in your configuration file (*.ini)
You might want to post at Doom9 in the BD_Rebuilder thread
