how get full length and resolution of .mp4 file in windowns details pane?

hi buddy

i have issue with only .mp4 files that not shown full length and resolution in windows details pane.

i install icaros and its perfect for all extensions except mp4 files
this is example with mkv file that show all property of file:

how can i fix this problem?

YES, i know i can use mediainfo. but i need to see properties in details pane windows

So did you upload the wrong clip since both refer to a .mp4 file ?

And since a .mp4 is a container format that Windoze would have you believe does not exist then bite the bullet and use a different program which you already know about.

I my Win7 I can see certain properties for mp4 such as run time and resolution in the details tab from Windows Explorer >> Properties.

I still prefer mediainfo since it gives a whole lot more info.

You installed a shell extension that provided that information to Windows Explorere so it could display it.

It looks like Icaros is supposed to supply that for Explorer. Is mp4 in its list of file types?

the right columns.

no. icaros have all type except mp4

in windows sever 2016 everything is ok. my OS is windows server 2012 RC2.

Windows 8 and 10 have built in support for MP4. Windows 7 and earlier do not.
