  1. I have a small video clip at approx 40mb to send by e-mail, but it seems to be too big, whats best movie shrinker for emails

    Just upload up to a hosting site - even GoogleDrive - and just email the link for the recipient to download.

    Well at 1st I did use a upload site called https://www.filedropper.com/ but video got to about 78% uploaded and just stopped so now I have tried googledrive and it seems to have gone

    (To anyone who might ask in the future):

    MOST email servers are not set up to handle large attachments. 5MB & 10MB are the common limits, and the largest I've seen is 25MB*. Not surprising it wouldn't work.

    As was already mentioned, a media sharing/streaming, general file sharing, ftp storage server, or web storage server is more appropriate.

    *there are some exceptions where the server will split an attachment up into multiple smaller fragments, and the client will re-merge them, but they aren't common.
