HI All,
Apologies if this is a really basic question.
I have a TV tuner card and want to record TV movies on to the hardrive for later playing. I have the option of selecting Mpeg2, AAC, AC3 or eAC3 as my audio output format. I have a 5.1 surround sound system, and would like to capture the maximum audio quality on recorded movies if possible. Which format is best for this?
The TV tuner software records movies as ts files, and I have both standard and HD channels.
Many thanks.
