Hi, I have issued a command to hardcode a subtitle srt file to a movie. When it finished , it shows, data on video, audio, etc. I found that it showed 0 bytes on subtitle .But on playing the video, i could see the subtitles hardcorded correctly.
I find ffmpeg has it all , than many of the pro video converters.
I could not attach the screen shot now
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Hi, teo, sorry,
Do you mean to say that once written correctly,it will show nil bytes in the last statistics.
OK, now i understand that , once hard coded , it is not shown.
But in some videos, where the subtitles are coded, that shows subtitle also in the codec tab in vlc media player
i mistook your answer as an answer to the other thread i raised.Last edited by jraju; 25th Oct 2019 at 00:21.
