    It says it can be used to activate "3 to 5" PC's .
    Does the 3 to 5 depend on Microsoft's whimsy at the time or is there an actual reason for the range.

    Maybe I miss something here.

    The site says your download an official version from Ms but then buy keys from them. Smells of some form of warez to me.
