I took a 3 part MPEG2, combined it into one big file, then I split it into four pieces using the latest TMpegEnc (TMPGEnc-2.53.35.130). I used the "MPEG-2 SuperVCD (VBR)" setting.
On the first piece the audio is fine and is synched with the video but is dead silent for the last 30 seconds or so. Then on the next CDs the audio is skewed, I'm not sure if the audio is too early or too late. The video is perfect and so is the sound, they are just 30 seconds apart or so. Anyone know why this happened and how I can avoid it?
I saw something about shifting the audio by a few seconds somewhere on this site, but that sounds like a messy hack. Any other suggestions?
Stefan
