    I am trying to convert from TextST subtitle format with an accompanied timecode file formatted in with txt extension. I have been unable to find suitable tool to convert this to srt subtitle text format. Anyone might know how?

    Subtitle Edit supports Blu-ray TextST from .m2ts files - do a File -> Open... and choose the .m2ts file

    Also opening mkv file works with https://www.videohelp.com/software/Subtitle-Edit
