  1. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I have audio that I am placing in a video that I am editing via VSDC and I want to add "pitch shift" effect as well as a little "reverb". I can add one or the other and each effect works as it is supposed to. When I try to add both I get nothing. As if the sound has all together been cancelled out. I have tried this with multiple effects and it seems like it just doesn't like two effects on the same track. Is this for real?

    Thanks in advance,
    Willy

I would perform the effects you want on the audio track with Audacity or Goldwave, then add the track to your video. As far as I know, you can only add one effect in the timeline.
It's not important the problem be solved, only that the blame for the mistake is assigned correctly
