Any difference between NTSC and PAL blank (S)VHS tapes ?

Hey, been some years I've posted here :0 Anway, as per the title, anyone knows if there is any physical difference between NTSC and PAL blank tapes ?
i.e. Could one record NTSC on a PAL (S)VHS tape or PAL on an NTSC tape ?

Got my own answer.
They're exactly the same. The only difference is that if you record in a machine with a system the tape was not intended for the recording time will be different due to the different speeds.

Yep a NTSC T-120 tape(the standard most common tape) will be the same as a E-180 tape, used in PAL land. Reason being the standard SP recording time in NTSC land is 120min but in PAL land their standard speed gives them 180 minutes.
I believe our T-160(commonly called 8hr) NTSC tape might be a E-240??
The longest tape I ever saw in NTSC land was a T-200 but it was very thin. All tapes fit and record in a VHS machines but of course a PAL recording won't really play well in a NTSC only machine and visa versa.
