Grab a new NLE, some pro version, you can try it first, load your RGBA videos, look where you enable alpha.
Titles you need to make yourself, but you use simple rectangles, solid color with text it them. That is a NLE specific again, but basics, youtube is your friend.
Wiping out those lower thirds (if that is what you use) , that is again some effect.

Learn a new NLE I need 100 years only to put a small title. But in S****R**** I can use also Boris Graffiti 6 to make graphics and title

Vegas has Boris Grafitti title plugin and perhaps many others, that is/was their interest make plugins for NLE

Did you try hiring a PI to find/stalk the CEO ?

only some minor references in the web. Generic search on radaris.com return a possible reference but nothing that return a real contact or email of him.

Maybe you don't know about it, but PI firms are a real thing in the USA . They mostly do things like spousal spying , but occasionally find missing cats

Many are former government agency, police, etc.. and have access to various databases

If you're serious about finding the old employees, use a PI firm
