  1. I have a number of TV recordings with transmission errors (meaning I can't bring them into programs like Avidemux for cropping).

    I heard that Cypheros TS-Doctor and VideoReDo can fix these errors, but they're not free, and since it's quite rare I would use it, I don't want to pay.

  2. In case the used video codec is MPEG-2 ProjectX or PVAStrumento can be used.
    TSPE (trialware) also allowed some fixing of the headers.
    Don't know of any freeware for reparing transportstreams with H.264/H.265.
