For those of who don't know, he quietly disappeared from Videohelp and Digitalfaq [6 years ago] and no one knew why. He chronicled what happened in this 12/18/18 post: http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/news/9242-years.html
Edit: He returned about a year or so later and didn't say much about what happened other than he was in really bad shape. His post in 2018 was the first time he gave details of what happened.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, lingyi.
Lordsmurph is a valued member of this community, and I for one would only hope that he can weather this adversity successfully, smoothly & quickly.

Hear, hear. Seeing Lordsmurf's name on a comment always means it's reliable, knowledgeable and well-reasoned.
Didn't know the backstory, but was delighted by his recent return. Be well.
