This is 'Bad Lads Army' S2 E7 on YouTube.
It says it's blocked for my location.
I've tried including various free proxies in the command line but I'm getting nowhere.
Please, could someone in the UK try to connect to the url and see if it actually works ok instead of me wasting more time on it?

Able to see it and I'm in the U.S. Tried with a paid U.K. proxy and worked okay. Switched to a Canadian proxy and it's blocked.

The issue is that many free proxies are blocked at sites because they're so heavily used and well known.
