Do you mean frame dimensions or a target file size?

And which technology do you use?

Do you consider to calculate an average of four digitalization runs?

  5. Whatever size gives you the quality you want, with the codec you want, with the settings you want, with the software you want, in the time you want, with any playback restrictions you have.

What does the file size have to do with it playing back too fast?

Getting information from you is like pulling teeth. What program did you use to convert the file. Show a MediaInfo text file of the information for the video.

When I see posts like this, I just roll my eyes, sigh, and move on.
