Hi guys. I recently upgraded to a new PC that is running windows 10 and since then, no matter what I did, my old capture card would not work. I went and got a new Roxio VHS to DVD usb setup today. Works fine with it's own software but does NOT export to a .avi that virtualdub will take.
When I try to capture with Virtualdub, I hear audio but get no picture no matter what preview mode that I set it to.
Is there a lossless convertor out there that I can convert videos in to an avi that Virtualdub will accept?
Thanks guys
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

Try the enhanced virtualdub2
https://www.videohelp.com/software/VirtualDub2
which might be able to import your original captures from Roxio without the need for conversion
