Can i Use VSDC for editing vidoes ?

Hello Everyone,
I am new to video editing and i was searching for the best free solution for me and found VSDC on the list.
I have a laptop HP probook 6450B, Core i5, 4 GB Ram and i dont know if my laptop supports the requirements
for this software ( for the moment i can not afford to buy a better laptop ).
Can anyone help me please?!

I have done this , they say 12 Gb of Ram , i wanted to know if it could run good in 4 GB ram also ,
