Streamlink appears to work with referer, user agent, etc:

Some firefox plugins used to work but not anymore. It uses AES-128 decryption and i've tried various methods,but nothing so far.
Plugin gives .m3u8 url,but it's unplayable.
I've tried streamlink and youtube-dl so far. Closest i got was with streamlink and youtube-dl,but got error:

As others have mentioned, at minimum the header values for EXT-X-UID, EXT-X-CID, EXT-X-TOKEN are required to obtain the aes key.

However, it appears that web player does not use the key value returned from the license server literally, but rather only as a seed to calculate the actual aes key. Or independently calculate the IV.

A solution to obtain the hls might require something like a custom streamlink plugin.

Advise if you just need the one video from the url that you posted.
