    My ADVC300/700 both disconnects from PC once I connect the RCA cables from the VCR which all are connected on same electrical outlet. They work fine when the VCR and ADVC300/700 are on different outlets. Any idea why? I'm guessing there is some grounding issues.

    Possible, AC adapters are cheapos from ebay.
