How config youtube-dl?

Hello,

I goto here

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\youtube-dl and make file config.txt and include this info

youtube-dl -u "username" -p "pass" -o "D:\download\%(playlist)s/%(chapter_number)s - %(chapter)s/%(playlist_index)s - %(title)s.%(ext)s" --all-subs --external-downloader aria2c.exe

now when i enter in cmd this command i goto error

c:\youtube-dl https://www.lynda.com/C-tutorials/What-you-should-know/612186/716227-4.html

I fixed it . Now working!
