  1. Say I have a bunch of MKV files, and I want to change the language of the audio on track 2 from "und" to "eng", and the name from "Stereo" to "Dolby Digital 2.0" or "AC3 2.0" or something.

Is there an easy way to go about this, rather than having to drag them all into MKVtoolnixGUI and do it manually?

  2. Use MkvMerge in a batch file with a FOR loop. MkvToolnix can show you the command line to perform the operation: Multiplexer -> Show Command Line.
