Does encoding to VCD with TMPGEnc automatically deinterlace full frame video. I used to deinterlace and resize with Vdub. I thought I would just try encoding the source video as is to see what the outcome would be, and I dont see any interlacing artefacts in the MPEG. So is there any point in deinterlacing or resizing with vdub.
