Hello, all--I have a bunch of C-Span videos that I need to rip but can't figure out how to do so. Could I get some help?

What form do you currently "have" them in, and what do you want to "rip" them to?
(Also be aware that any material that is not public debate on the floor of congress may not be public domain.)
Streamlink can download from cspan.org. You can use The Stream Detector (Firefox plugin) to build the Streamlink command line, then paste that into a CMD window. For example:
streamlink --http-header "User-Agent=Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0" --http-header "Referer=https://www.c-span.org/video/?463378-3/washington-journal-david-mitchell-discusses-prescription-drug-prices" -o "program.531102.ts" "https://m3u8-1.c-spanvideo.org/program/program.531102.m3u8" best
