Hello, newbie here, I'm trying to rip a blu ray with MakeMkV with minimal space. All I want is the Main Feature and the English subtitles. I have the Hunger Games Mockingjay P1 disk and I see the Main Feature. Is there a way to determine which of the titles I can retain to just get the English subtitles?

Just run MakeMKV and load in the disc - you will then see all the contents of the disc including the various subtitles. Select what you want.

In addition, the largest file (usually on the top of the list) is typically the movie. Also, you have to click the arrow next to the title to expand and see all the file info.

Thanks for the responses! I have ripped the single MAIN movie title but it only included a subtitle of some certain movie info, no speech dialog. Yet when I select that title as well as another below it, they both appear to include English. None of the chapter titles reference English Subtitles. Pls see attached.

Ok, I tried it again and it worked this time. I selected only the MAIN movie title and it ripped to the mkv file and played with English subtitles this time. I don't know why I had the issue previously but I'm good to go now.
Thank you folks very much for responding!!!
