    I cannot enable the (deinterlace, crop, padding and resolution filters.)

    What version are you using? Installed or portable, x64 or x32? The current is XMedia Recode 3.4.7.3. Is this problem with all formats ie mp4. mkv, avi etc? Has this problem just started?

    Although I have a x64 machine the x64 portable version doesn't work but the x32 portable does.

    You could try reinstalling or trying another version from the one you are having trouble with.
