    How do I extract idx subtitles from dvd? specifically what I want to do is, I have a DVD that has first vts file with copy error, so I copied the rest, and was able to watch that vts from dvd(error in intro), now on from 3rd vts, (till 7th) there aren't any subtitles embedded, and menu doesn't work neither to play those chapters with subs, so I want to rip timed correpsonding subtitles for those vts file alone, and not the full movie, in format of idx, so that I can watch with subs.

    I didn't understand the problem as you explained it, but you extract VobSubs (IDX/SUB) using SubRip or VSRip.
