I've got problems with capturing videos.
I'm using AverMedia CV710 with latest (non-beta) drivers and RECentral v126.96.36.199. Usually capture from PS4 and sometimes XBO.
There are no issues while capture either during recording - but all recorded videos are completely mute. When inspected in widows explorer they show no audio components either.
enabling microphone in audio sources and checking "save as separate file *.mp3" - will produce two files (obviously): one mute video and one, still mute, *.mp3
enabling microphone in audio sources and disabling "save as separate file *.mp3" - will produce one file: black screen (no video) but normal audio.
I've tried reinstalling both drivers and RECentral, changing Windows sound properties with no avail.
I've also installed newest RECentral 4.0 but it does not detect my capture card.
OBS does detect it but produces only black screen.
Capture card functions well on other machine.
