Any advice on professional video taking device for indoor use?

What is the range of "professional" video taking device? and what's the brand and model would you recommend?

Budget $500-$800. Is it too low or good enough?

  3. +1 Cornucopia. Professionals use lights for indoor video. No matter how light-sensitive your camera may be, you'll get far less noise and far more vibrant colors if you add your own light.

How about taking picture, which is static? Is there any noise or vibrant in colors for static pictures?
