Greenstreamtv box. Awesome

I wired my new house for everything I thought I needed. I dropped my cable to use a 4k media box known as greenstreamtv.
My problem is it uses a bluetooth USB dongle for a wireless mini keyboard. I need to put the box in my equipment closet so I can run it thru the receiver for surround sound.
Can I use a 30ft USB extension cable to run the bluetooth dongle out to the TV area?
