I usually find this on blu-ray rips (from Kino Lorber):
I would like to know if that gray screen belongs to the original blu-ray (.m2ts file) or it's a message from the ripper. We can see Crawford Post Production:

If the original file is .m2ts why that screens shows .mov? Why the line DVD Commentary on the first case if we're talking about a blu-ray?

It's an identification slate from the post-production house that mastered it. These usually aren't shown.
It shows you that whoever stole these had an excellent source.
