I burnt flac to cd as per https://www.poweriso.com/tutorials/burn-flac-to-cd.htm
but it won't play in VLC. The disc says cda files . i know these are not audio just pointers but the disc says 0 kb used and 0 kb free. How can it say that when 15 tracks/685 MB are written to it?
OK fixed it plays in VLC seems to take few mins to load. also still says the disc is 0 kb used and 0 kb free
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

No error messages when you burnt your CD-R ?
Run the disk through Windows Explorer. Those 'pointers' should be 1K in size. -
That could be down to media or even burn speed.
Always, even for CD burn at half max speed. -
