Anyone noticed this on amazon prime?

Yesterday I was trying to rip a vid from amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/video/detail/Michelangelo-Revealed/B07CSW8579 I found a few mpd links in the manifest and ran them through yt-dl, streamlink & wget but no luck

Yt-dl gave me a 'unable to send request error' and streamlink said it was DRM protected, anyone know if its possible to bypass any of these errors?

Anyway at the bottom of the manifest are 2 cloudfront links, which the html says have a resolution of '480' and '720'

Has anyone looked at these links before/know what they are? They actually link to a .bif file, which is 2.5mb and contains lots of text/characters - i've tried finding out what it is and any way I can read it but i've had 0 luck... text editors, iso software, unbiff and a couple of other .biff programs but nothing can read the file.

The only thing that threw out something legible was windows notepad - and it threw out lavc57.95.101 - which everyone will know is a library for encoding mp4's:

Does anyone know what this bif file is and if theres any way to read it, or am I just pi**ing in the wind here?
