Hello all. I'm looking for a new capture device to replace my AVerMedia LGP Lite as it keeps messing up my videos really badly. I'm looking into the AVerMedia LGP2 as well as the Elgato HD60.
Unfortunately, both these devices have a CPU limit of at least an Intel i5, and I only have an Intel Q6600 (oc'd to 3GHz)... now, the requirements state that the CPU must be multi-core (at least 4) with a speed of 2-3GHz and both seem to run with a USB 2.0 port (I do not have USB 3.0).
The Q6600 is of course a 4-core with a speed of 3GHz, albeit overclocked. So the obvious question is this, will either of these two work on my system? My PC has 6Gb RAM and EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (2Gb) if that helps any (full specs to the left).
Thanks everyone.
