    what is this transition called? or a link how to make it on some editing software (prefer svp)

    It's like a swish pan (where the speed of the pan creates motion blur with hides the cut), so I'd call it a spinning swish-zoom.

    No idea about working with that particular software.

    Create the gradually increasing blur, apply a zoom and a spin. Render it. Do the same for the clip on the other end. Then cut out the middle and butt the 2 together at the point of most blur, or however the timing works out best. Change the order of FX if it looks better (e.g Z-in, Spin, Blur).

    Harkens back to 60's Batman logo transitions.

    i know how to make a zoom transition but i mean the rotation on the transition and the fov like that
