    I can't test because of geoblocking but usually you enter the part before the first space. I.e. in your case it should be
    Code:
    youtube-dl -f "stream-uk-iptv_streaming_concrete_combined_hd_mf_akamai_uk_hls-2040" "https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b082wjn9/junior-bake-off-series-4-4-heat-four"
    Also things like
    Code:
    youtube-dl -f "[height=540]" "https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b082wjn9/junior-bake-off-series-4-4-heat-four"
    should be possible. See youtube-dl doc for more info. Format selection options are quite extensive.
