    Installed DIVX Converter on new PC, converted a video file, playback is black screen and audio is working fine, prior installation with older pc worked fine for many years with same video files

    Did you install video codecs?
    h264 might not be installed by default.

    TY for responding so quickly, 3 drivers and H264 codec were missing......... 1.Intel® Wireless-AC 9462 2.Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® 3.Intel® Rapid Storage Technology.....Still no luck, sorry

    (ERROR MESSAGE WITH MPC-BE PLAYBACK) Can't play..... Choose something else to play. This item is in a format we don't support. 0xc00d36b4.........Still no luck, ty again

    Latest update, again new pc, all drivers installed, uninstalled/reinstalled DIVX Converter, uninstalled/reinstalled klite codec pack, I download a video file, it will play 100% fine (Audio/Video), once i convert it using DIVX Converter, Black Screen will appear and audio working fine, 2 other pcs i have connected as we speak work fine with same file and configurations for years, new pc has a SSD drive, not sure if this has anything to do with it, ty again community
