    How can I resize a divx to a smaller frame size without losing quality? Ive tried virtual dub but lose quality anyway. Frame sizes that I want to convert to 352x240or 352x288 & 720x480 or 720x576.

    Example of one divx I want to convert:

    Losthighway Dvdrip
    640x304 frame size
    25 f/sec Pal
    192776 frames
    2:08:06 playback
    div3 compression
    155:1 compression ratio

    you can't. whenever you re-encode or convert formats you will lose quality, it's a given. the best you can do is set a highbitrate to minimize loss.
