License Plate - Car Crash - Security Footage Help

Hi All,

I'm trying to find a way to see if i can clear up the motion blur from the car that crashed in the red park car to see if i can make out a license plate. Does anyone have any suggestions?

try taking your footage to your local police department and see what they can do.
they'd be more equipped to handle something like that.

Highly unlikely given the resolution and frame rate of this video. Where do you live that has these hit-and-run criminals? I'd like to stay away from there!

The driver of the car behind or on the side may have gotten the license plate and already notified the police. Unless you have or will contact the police, the odds of getting any additional info about the car/driver are virtually nil.
