They're talking about using Microsoft Tools but there's no such program. I believe that program has been replaced with Microsoft Media Encoder... I'm testing out the program now to see if it's the right one. But the guide needs to be updated.

Another question about the guide...

Am I reading this correctly? If I have an MPG, and I want to convert it to ASF, I need to first convert it to DivX and then to ASF? I tried to load the MPG into Windows Media Encoder and it said "Unrecognized Media" but when I loaded my uncompressed AVI file, it worked fine. I'm not always going to have the uncompressed AVI files, so is there a way of converting MPG to ASF using this program without converting to DivX first?
