  1. Hi, I've got a seemingly really simple problem that I've not been able to find a solution for.
So I have some .ass subtitles that have different colored lines - white for titles or names, yellow or blue for dialogue. What I'm trying to do is separate them into different files so I can hardcode the white subs and convert the yellow/blue subs to .srt. However, the white lines have color tags, but the yellow ones don't, so I can only use Select Lines for one group and thus can only do half of the job quickly. So my question is - is there a way to invert a selection in Aegisub? Like, to select a group of lines, then reverse it so every line except that group is selected?

  2. Whoop, had a sort of "oh duhhhh" moment a bit ago - the solution is to select all, then select all lines containing "c&HFFFFFF&" with the option "subtract from selection" checked.
In case anyone else ever has this problem and stumbles across this thread.
