    So I have a new XQD card reader on my new computer. Specs are:
    2990WX 32- Core Processor 3.00 GHz
    64.0GB RAM
    64 bit operating system/processor
    NVIDIA GeForece RTX 2080 Ti

    For some reason over half the footage is saying that the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. But if I try it on a friends laptop, then it shows up just fine and IS usable. Unsure what to do about this. Help!

    Take it to your friend's house. Copy the data off of it. Reformat it using the XQD app in the device (not the computer).
    If it continues, send it back as faulty and get a replacement.

    What's the XQD app in the device? Not understanding that part of it.

    Your camera. Has a menu. Function on that menu="format". An app by any other name.
