i have been searching for about a week for a site that will convert a CBS News video to an .mp4. i thought i had found such a site, but it did not work and when I contacted the site, they said "The issue is reproduced at our end. We'll do our best to support it again on the next version."

    My original message:
Download FAILURE of a 6:15 CBSNews.com video, so now what? All the other choices didn’t work.
Can you turn it into an .mp4 video?

    https://www.cbsnews.com/video/comedy-king-eddie-izzard-brings-world-tour-to-united-states/

Further, I know this issue has come up before, but this is a hopefully newer video, so can someone help me out?

Thank you for doing what you can,
    /s/
