  1. Hi,

    Is there a software, preferably one that works with the Hauppauge PVR2 Gaming Edition, that record with a 24fps?

  3. You could probably do it with a GraphEdit capture graph, an AviSynth script, an encoder, and a fast computer.

    The hardware encoder it self doesn't do 23.97fps he off better just re-encode the finish file in to what ever he wants
