I am new to VSDC and want to use it to record some web help sessions I am taking for software training. When I do a screen recording of the session I am able to hear my self speaking (through the computer mic) however the audio from the online course is so quiet it is barely audible when I play back the video. I can't seen to find a setting to allow VSDC to directly record the audio without the laptop mic having to pick it up. Even if I have the laptop volume turned all the way up I still can barely hear anything. Is there a way to do this aside from hooking up external speakers and blasting the volume?
Thanks
Dusty

I do not know about VSDC but typically audio capture comes via the Sound Mixer of your PC or Laptop. But since mic is part of the mixer it could be over-riding the other volume.
