    When I burn a VCD from a downloaded Cue/Bin File and play in my DVD player the video is out of sync (rolls from top to bottom). This does not happen when I create my own avi or mpeg and burn to a VCD. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

    Yes, it sounds like it.

    Many DVD players can force output to NTSC or PAL. You can usually change the output in the DVD OSD menu. Your owner's menu will have this documented.
